Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, follow this checklist:
We'll refund you 100% of what you paid us for the product.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You have 75 calendar days to return an item from the USPS postmarked date you received it.
Your item must be undamaged and in the same merchantable condition that you received it in.
Because we can't reasonably prevent any shipping damage, please send us an email with an attached pic of the undamaged shipped items so we can document & collect from the freight vendor if necessary.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of your refund status upon our receipt of same.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Given the nature of the product and allowing time for USPS media mail transit, 75 days gives you a reasonable period of time for you to determine what kind of customer experience this product brought to you.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

RetrainTheBrain.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any/all fees imposed subsequent to the documented date shown on our USPS shipping receipt are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Damages
RetrainTheBrain.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
